Four triple apartments and one double — the triples are 30 m², the double 21 m². All apartments have A/C, a 43" TV (32" in the double), free fast Wi-Fi, a luxury bathroom with shampoo and soap, hairdryer, fridge, coffee machine, kettle and drying rack. All four triples have a kitchen equipped with two hobs and full cookware; the double has no kitchen.

Every apartment is fully renovated. Fridges are stocked with free, self-serve basics (butter, jam, honey, rusks, coffee, tea, water) — we don't serve breakfast. The location is in the centre of the village, on the main road, 150 metres from the sea, with all services within 50–100 metres: 3 supermarkets, 2 restaurants, 3 pizzerias, 3 bakeries, 4 cafés, 2 bars, pharmacy, doctor and a taxi rank.
