A small, family-run accommodation in the heart of Pefkochori. Five freshly renovated apartments — four triples and a double, all named after the summer (Sun, Sea, Ammos, Votsalo, Seashell) — 150 metres from the beach, with bakeries, cafés and tavernas at the door.
Villa Antonia was the first house guests saw entering Pefkochori in 1974. For over fifty years it welcomed families, couples and friend groups from across Greece and the Balkans — always offering a mix of real comfort and homely care.
After a full renovation we're now five bright apartments — every one with its own balcony, A/C, fast Wi-Fi, a full bathroom and (in four of the five) a small kitchen with everything you need to make a coffee or a quick meal. Same plot, same name, new era.
We're not a hotel. No concierge, no lobby music — just five apartments freshly renovated, a small fridge with self-serve coffee, jam and honey, and the whole village (bakeries, supermarkets, tavernas) within 50 to 100 metres.
DISCOVER MORE →Across the path, past the bakery on the corner, and you're on the sand. A calm bay with shallow water, tavernas lit up at sunset, and everything you might need — bakery, supermarket, café, pharmacy — within fifty paces of the door.
We came for a long weekend with the kids. Clean, freshly renovated, a balcony with a small table for our morning coffee, and the whole village in a two-minute walk. We're already planning our next stay.
